creme brûlée!


This is my new dessert. I call it... 
the grapefruit brûlée. This translates to, burned grapefruit!

                                  These are actual crem brûlées and though they look like a lot of work
                                     they can be made in a few hours, just leave time for 4 hours of chilling!
